A Better Framework for the National Conversation on Racism
The historic inflection point America is experiencing now on racism has sparked a national conversation. From the dinner table, to the boardroom, to the halls of Congress, Americans are engaging each other on the topic of racism at a level not seen in decades. As part of my forthcoming book on race in America, I have developed a model to help analyze racism, better explain its various degrees, and assist in combating it. The model is especially useful as we grapple with our current racial reckoning.
